Charles was great! He brought his own hammock to the photoshoot, and he was super easy going, chill and willing to try different photo concepts and ideas. The fall colors looked fantastic around him, and he modeled wonderfully in the various backdrops we used around Hartwood Acres, including the more rustic or more rugged spots, as well as some of the more modern looks, using some of the colorful artwork sculptures placed around the park.
The Hartwood Acres Mansion and the surrounding parks in Allegheny County is an awesome area for photography. I spent the whole day here doing multiple senior and family portraits, and I didn’t have to repeat the same shot twice. Plus, the place was full of other photographers conducting their own sessions, and I never felt like we were on top of each other or fighting for a spot.
