Here’s to another chilly February wedding in Pittsburgh! We started the day at the gorgeous Renaissance hotel where we took advantage of that gorgeous, colorful lobby ceiling for a grand wedding shot and some tender moments of Nicole and Adam getting ready in their respective rooms. It was an intimate wedding, where the only official members of the bridal party were Nicole’s truly sweet daughters.

There’s something so special and beautiful about small, intimate weddings. Evelin and David got married at the Pittsburgh Courthouse Grand Staircase with just their closest relatives and friends. We never pictured that a courthouse wedding would have such beautiful image opportunities, with a staircase and large windows that offered such stunning soft and moody light.

You might have never guessed it by looking at these images, but it was freezing out during this Pittsburgh senior portrait photoshoot with Kaitlyn in New Kensington, Pennsylvania! We couldn’t believe how well she braved the frigid cold without the help of any bulky clothes! She rocked it during this shoot, and made New Kensington look so good!

Jess & Brett is one of our favorite, kindest couples we’ve photographed. We always meet with couples to go through the wedding plans and itinerary a week or two before the wedding day, and during our meeting they invited us over for dinner and really treated us like friends, showing generous care and affection.
